Island Penang Kitchen Restaurant is a little place along the shops that line West Coast. The food there is pretty good, and is definitely a good place to go to either with a big group, or just a cosy dinner with your partner. I have to say though, the place can get a little bit rowdy because of the crowd, but the food is worth it.

My family and I went on a Thursday and there were quite a lot of people, surprisingly for a weekday.

I ordered the Penang seafood curry laksa, and it tasted really good! The yellow noodles were mixed together with bee hoon (thin vermicelli), and they were quite generous with the seafood ingredients. There were a lot of prawns and squids, and a big serving of noodles, for just price of just SGD 5!

The food here is really delicious and I would recommend it for anyone who loves Penang food!
